All services on thesolidguide.com are digital services. There are no physical products, no shipping and no courier involved in any purchase made on this site.

1. WHAT DELIVERY MEANS FOR DIGITAL SERVICES

For every service purchased on this site, delivery means the completed digital output — a document, a report, a configured account, a set of files or a built and reviewed setup — handed over to you directly after the review call is complete.

Delivery does not happen by post, courier or any physical method. Everything is delivered digitally, directly to you.

2. HOW DELIVERY WORKS

Every service follows this process:

  • You purchase the service
  • A kickoff call is scheduled and completed
  • The work is built by us during the build phase
  • A review call is scheduled where we go through the output together
  • You give feedback and revisions are made
  • The final deliverable is handed over once everything is complete and right

Nothing is delivered before it is reviewed. Nothing is handed over with unresolved issues.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINE

All services are delivered within 7 to 21 working days from the date of the kickoff call.

This timeline depends on:

  • How quickly you respond to requests for information, assets or feedback during the build phase
  • The complexity of the specific service purchased
  • The number of revision rounds required during the review phase

We do not rush delivery to hit a deadline. If your timeline is affecting the delivery schedule, contact us at support@thesolidguide.com and we will communicate clearly about where things stand.

4. THE 1-ON-1 STRATEGY CALL

The 1-on-1 Strategy Call is delivered as a live 30-minute video or audio call, scheduled via email after purchase. Scheduling takes place within working hours, Monday to Thursday. The call itself is the deliverable — no written output, report or document is produced as part of this service unless a separate service is purchased.

5. WHAT HAPPENS IF DELIVERY IS DELAYED

If a delay occurs on our side — not caused by a late response from you — we will communicate the reason directly via email and provide a revised timeline. We do not disappear during a build. You will always know what is happening and when to expect the next step.
