Yes. You speak with me, and I personally handle the agreed service. I use AI tools and automation to support the work, while keeping responsibility for the decisions and delivery.

Is this a course, advice or work done for me?

These are services, not courses. The deliverable depends on what you book. Reviews and audits provide findings and plans. Implementation services include the agreed changes. Each service page explains exactly what you receive.

What if I don’t know which service I need?

Do I need all your services?

No. Different services suit different stages and problems. Choose what your business needs now. You can return for another service later without committing to a package.

Will I need to manage every task?

I take responsibility for organising and completing the agreed work, and I bring recommendations to you. I’ll still need your business information, feedback and approval where a decision affects your brand, budget or store.

Do I have to share my Shopify password?

No. If the service needs store access, I request the relevant permissions through Shopify collaborator access. Other platforms use their own access permissions. You keep ownership of your accounts.
