YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING IF THIS IS ENOUGH
One person handling all of this sounds like it shouldn't work. Here's why it does — and why it often works better.
WHY ONE PERSON CAN DO ALL OF THIS WELL
This isn't a compromise. It's a different way of working — and for most founders, it's a better one.

AI TOOLS CHANGED WHAT ONE PERSON CAN DO
The work that used to need a designer, a copywriter, a strategist and a developer can now be done by one person with the right tools and real experience using them.

FOCUS PRODUCES BETTER WORK THAN VOLUME
A small number of projects done properly beats a large number done adequately. I keep the number manageable so the standard stays consistent across everything.

NO HAND-OFFS MEANS NOTHING EVER GETS MISSED
When one person does everything, nothing falls between two people's responsibilities. The brief, the build and the review all live with the same person throughout.
HOW THIS ACTUALLY WORKS
WHAT WORKING WITH ME LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
No surprises, no assumptions — here's exactly what the working relationship looks like.

MONDAY TO THURSDAY
I work Monday to Thursday. When I'm working, that's where my full attention goes — not split across too many things at once.

ASYNC BY DEFAULT
Most of the work happens asynchronously. You don't need to be available while I'm building — you show up for the calls that matter.

REAL CALLS, NOT FORMS
Every service starts with a real kickoff call and ends with a live review call. No forms to fill in, no briefs to write, no guessing what I need from you.

ONE SERVICE AT A TIME
Each service runs as its own project from start to finish before the next one begins. You always know exactly where things are.

SUPPORT AFTER HANDOVER
Once a service is complete, post-handover support is available as a paid 1-on-1 call — booked on your schedule whenever you need it.

ONE CONTACT, ALWAYS
support@thesolidguide.com is where everything goes — questions, active service updates, anything at all. One place, one person reading it.
HOW EVERY SERVICE WORKS
Same process every time. No surprises, no hand-offs, no guessing what comes next.
WE START WITH A REAL CALL
Before anything begins we talk directly. I understand your store, your product and exactly what you need from this service. No forms, no assumptions, no starting blind.
I BUILD IT MYSELF
I do all the work personally. One service at a time, full attention on your store. You get on with running your business. I do not need to be managed.
WE REVIEW IT TOGETHER
You see the output on a live call with me. We go through every part together. You tell me what needs to change. I refine it until every part is completely right.
YOU LEAVE READY TO USE IT
The final deliverable arrives once everything is reviewed and complete — never rushed. Any support after handover is available as a paid call, on your schedule, whenever you need it.
WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET FROM WORKING DIRECTLY WITH ME
The things that change when there's no layer between you and the person doing the work.

YOU NEVER REPEAT YOURSELF
Everything you tell me on the first call stays with me through the build and the review. No new person, no re-briefing, no starting over mid-project.

THE STANDARD NEVER VARIES
There's no junior version of this work. Every project — yours included — gets the same person, the same process and the same level of care.

I AM BUILDING THIS TOO
The Solid Guide is built the same way I help you build your store — one piece at a time, alone, with the same constraints. This isn't advice from the outside. It's proof from the inside.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Will I ever speak to anyone other than you?
No. Every call, every message, every piece of work — it's all me. There's no team member who handles onboarding, no support staff who reads your messages first, no one else involved at any point. When you write to support@thesolidguide.com, I'm the one reading it. When you get on a call, I'm the one on it.
What happens if something urgent comes up outside working hours?
I work Monday to Thursday. Anything that arrives outside those hours gets picked up at the start of the next working day. If something genuinely urgent comes up during an active service, that's what the included calls are for — we address it directly on a real call rather than trying to solve it through messages. Urgency doesn't get lost here; it just gets handled properly.
Can one person really maintain quality across 42 different services?
Yes — because every service follows the same process and uses the same foundation of experience. The tools change depending on what the service needs. The standard doesn't. And because I keep the number of active projects manageable, nothing gets done in a rush just to clear a backlog.
What if I need two things done at the same time?
Each service runs as its own project from start to finish. If two things genuinely need to happen in parallel, we talk about it on the kickoff call and work out what makes sense — some services can overlap, some can't. The goal is always to do the current thing properly rather than splitting attention in a way that costs quality.
How do I know the work will actually be good?
Every service ends with a live review call where we go through the output together. You give direct feedback and I refine it until every part is right — not until I think it's fine, but until you're satisfied with what you're getting. Nothing gets handed over with loose ends or "that's close enough" thinking behind it.
Is there a way to talk to you before buying anything?
Yes. The 1-on-1 Strategy Call is exactly for that — a direct 30-minute conversation about your store and your situation, before you commit to any service. It's a paid call, not a free discovery session, because the time is real and the guidance is specific. If you'd rather read first, every service page explains what's included and who it's for in enough detail to make the decision on your own.
