What is included in this service?
I audit the desktop and mobile buying journey, review useful available data, set conversion priorities and implement the improvements agreed within this service’s scope. I finish with checks of the updated areas and a summary of what changed.
How do we decide which changes you will implement?
After reviewing your store, I’ll explain the issues I found and recommend the strongest priorities. We’ll agree on the specific tasks covered by the fixed fee before I make live changes. Work outside that scope can be discussed separately.
What access will you need?
I’ll normally need Shopify collaborator access to make the agreed changes. Depending on the audit, access to Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics or a behaviour tool may also help. I’ll request only relevant permissions and will not ask for passwords.
Does this include a full redesign or Shopify checkout development?
No. This is a focused CRO project, not a complete store rebuild. Extensive custom development, paid apps and checkout changes that your Shopify setup does not allow are outside the fixed fee. I’ll explain any such limitation before agreeing on the tasks.
How long will the work take?
I’ll confirm the expected timeline after reviewing the store and receiving the required information and access. The time depends on the agreed changes and any approvals needed. I’ll keep you updated directly on WhatsApp as the work progresses.
Can you guarantee more orders or a specific conversion increase?
No. I’ll make the agreed improvements carefully and explain what was changed, but sales also depend on traffic quality, demand, products, pricing and other factors. The final summary will identify any useful next steps beyond this project.
