By using this website or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms in full.
1. ABOUT THE SOLID GUIDE
The Solid Guide is a service brand operated by Conscious Source Life And Living. All services listed on this website are digital, delivered asynchronously by one person, and completed one at a time. There is no physical product, no agency team and no third-party contractors involved in the delivery of any service.
2. SERVICES
All services listed on thesolidguide.com are digital services. Each service is described on its individual product page, including what is delivered, how the process works and what the founder can expect at the end.
Services are delivered in the following sequence: kickoff call, build phase, review call, handover. No service is handed over until both parties have reviewed it together and it is complete.
The delivery timeline for all services is 7 to 21 working days from the kickoff call. This timeline depends on how promptly you provide the information and feedback required at each stage. We do not rush delivery — the goal is a result that works, not a result that arrives fast.
3. PRICING
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may increase every 50 orders per service. The price you pay at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your order.
Automatic bundle discounts apply when multiple services are added to the cart at the same time. No discount code is required.
4. PAYMENT
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you authorize Razorpay to process the payment on behalf of Conscious Source Life And Living. Payment is required in full before any service begins.
We accept all payment methods supported by Razorpay, including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and wallets.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy in full before purchasing. All sales are final once a service has begun. If you have paid and the service has not yet started, you may request to switch to a different service of equal or higher value. If the new service is higher in price, you pay the difference. If it is lower in price, the difference is issued as store credit for use on a future purchase.
No cash refunds are offered under any circumstances. No exceptions are made to this policy.
6. THE 1-ON-1 STRATEGY CALL
The 1-on-1 Strategy Call is a paid 30-minute consultation priced at ₹499. It is not a free discovery session and it is not part of any service package unless explicitly stated. Calls are scheduled via email after purchase. The call is a conversation — no hands-on work, no deliverables and no follow-up output is included unless a separate service is purchased.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on thesolidguide.com — including copy, service descriptions, page layouts, images and brand elements — is the property of Conscious Source Life And Living and may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without written permission.
The deliverables produced as part of any service are the property of the buyer once payment has been completed and the service has been handed over in full.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Solid Guide provides services in good faith and to the best of its ability. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue targets or sales results from any service. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your product, your market, your execution and external conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conscious Source Life And Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any service purchased on this site.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a purchase made on this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
