COMPARING STORES SHOULD LEAD TO CLEARER DECISIONS
A polished competitor website can give you ideas. A useful comparison helps you decide which ideas fit the customer and the business.

THE DIFFERENCE IS HARD TO SEE
Similar products and promises can make brands feel interchangeable. Compare the messages shoppers see and find real differences worth explaining.

DISCOUNTS BECOME THE MAIN IDEA
Another brand runs a sale, so lowering the price feels like the next move. Compare the full offer, buying details and value before changing prices.

TOO MANY IDEAS, NO CLEAR ORDER
Every competitor has a feature you could add. Separate useful gaps from extra work so the next change solves a relevant problem for the customer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Understand the comparison, deliverables and scope before booking. If you want to discuss the store, message me directly on WhatsApp.
What will I receive from the competitor review?
You receive a PDF with a comparison table, screenshots, clear source links and a prioritized list of opportunities for your store. It covers the agreed areas across your store and up to five competitors. A recorded walkthrough explains the findings, why each gap may matter and suggests next actions. You can ask questions on WhatsApp and use the report yourself or share it with someone making changes.
Which competitors will you select for the review?
You can suggest competitors, or I can help identify them. We agree on up to five relevant stores before research begins, usually four or five stores where suitable options exist. Selection considers the product, customer, market and price range. A well-known brand is useful only when the comparison makes sense. Competitors can use other platforms; their relevance matters more than their store software.
Which pages and shopping steps will you compare?
The review compares the agreed homepages, menus, collections and selected product pages on desktop and mobile. It looks at brand messages, public offers, buying options, trust, delivery, returns and contact details. Public cart and checkout steps are reviewed where accessible. We confirm the product and page coverage before booking; this is a focused comparison, rather than every page in each store.
Can this show why competitors get more sales?
Public websites show what a shopper can see, but they do not reveal private sales, conversion rates, margins or ad performance. A competitor feature is an idea to assess, not proof that it increases sales. The report separates observations from interpretations and suggests changes to consider or test. Sales gaps mean possible missed opportunities, not measured lost revenue or guaranteed sales gains.
Will you make changes or copy another brand?
This service provides research and recommendations; implementation has a separate scope. You can make the changes yourself, work with someone else or ask me about further help. Examples explain a useful principle, such as clearer delivery information, without reproducing another brand’s writing or design. Recommendations should fit your offer and customers, rather than make the store a copy of a rival.
When will I receive it, and can I ask questions?
We confirm the delivery date, including revisions and WhatsApp support period before you book. The review begins after I receive the store details and we agree on the competitors and comparison scope. You receive the PDF and recorded walkthrough together, with direct help to understand the recommendations. This is a review of public information at the time of research, rather than ongoing monitoring.
