Which Shopify pages will you optimize?
I review the important page types agreed within the service scope. These may include the homepage, collection pages, product pages and other frequently used templates.
Will you remove applications from my store?
I will not remove an important application without your approval. I may identify unnecessary or heavy applications and explain the likely effect before any removal or replacement.
Can you guarantee a perfect performance score?
No. Performance scores change according to the testing tool, device, network, store data and third-party services. Shopify platform elements and external applications can also create limitations outside my control.
Could optimization damage my design or functionality?
I work carefully and test the agreed pages after suitable changes. A theme backup should be created before important edits. Some improvements may involve a choice between keeping a feature and reducing its performance cost.
What access will you need?
I will normally need Shopify collaborator access with suitable theme and application permissions. I may also request existing performance reports or information about important applications. I will never ask for your password.
Are application or developer charges included?
No. Premium applications, replacement tools and work required from third-party theme or application developers are separate unless clearly included before purchasing.
