What will I receive?

You’ll receive a private 15-minute video recorded for your store, plus a prioritized action checklist. I’ll show you the most important issues I can identify from the public desktop storefront and explain what I would address first.

Which parts of my store will you review?

I review the visible desktop journey, including the homepage, navigation, collections, selected product pages, cart and checkout path. This is a focused review of what a shopper can see, rather than an audit of every product or page.

Do you need access to my Shopify account?

No. I need your public store URL and a little context about your business. This review does not include your Shopify admin, analytics, advertising accounts or private customer data. Please do not send passwords.

Will you make the recommended changes?

No. I’ll identify issues, explain my recommendations and give you a checklist you can follow. If you want a deeper audit or want me to implement changes, those are separate services.

When will I receive my review?

I’ll send your completed video and checklist by email and WhatsApp within 3–7 days after receiving the information needed to begin. You do not need to schedule a call.

Can I ask questions after receiving it?

Yes. You can message me on WhatsApp about the findings in your review. I’ll personally clarify my recommendations so you understand what each suggested change means.
